Design, creation and territory – Round table discussion

agenda-en-2
March 27, 2025
To mark the final days of the ‘Attractive Matters vol.2? exhibition at Espace FORMÆ, studio mo-mo, co-curator of the event, is organising a round table entitled ’Design, Creation and Territory”.
This meeting brings together Paul Emilieu Marchesseau, founder of the Emilieu Studio agency, Caroline Naphegyi, Director of Studies at the École Camondo, Audrey Guimard, artist-designer and Aurélien Fouillet, teacher-researcher, to discuss the challenges of a situated approach to design, between transmission and cooperation.
The guests will share their vision of design that combines the aesthetics of materials and gestures, while redefining the social and economic contours of the environment in which it takes place. The discussion will highlight the role of a creative laboratory such as studio mo-mo, which works with local artisans and promotes experimentation based on the resources of the Drôme Provençale.
The aim is to explore how the combination of know-how, contemporary forms and vernacular practices contributes to the emergence of new ways of living and cohabiting.
